Midgard Care
Nemein offers support for Midgard. Being a support customer is a safe way to ensure you have help when you need it. When it comes to support we prioritize the clients who have an ongoing support agreement. This is because we believe that offering support is more than just problem solving. It is building long and valued relationships, where trust is the key.
If you need support and do not have agreement with us, we can evaluate your problem and give you time and cost estimates. All support work is done by hour.
There are three alternative support models for Midgard sites:
Premium package
* 12 hours of yearly support.
* 2 day response time.
* Telephone, e-mail or onsite support. Minimum invoiceable time 30 min.
* Phone calls less than 5 min for free.
* This package includes development meeting every 12 months, where the current needs are explored and new solutions will be introduced.
* Hourly pricing for additional hours 120 EUR/h (VAT.0%)
Traveling or accommodation costs are not included and will be invoiced separately.
Cost: 150 EUR/month
Premium Pro package
* 25 hours of yearly support.
* 2 day response time.
* Telephone, e-mail or onsite support. Minimum invoiceable time 30 min.
* Time can be used either on maintenance, improving existing services or developing new
ones.
* Phone calls less than 5 min for free.
* This package includes development meeting every 6 months, where the current needs are explored and new solutions will be introduced.
* Network monitoring.
* Hourly pricing for additional hours 110 EUR/h (VAT.0%)
Traveling or accommodation costs are not included and will be invoiced separately.
Cost: 300 EUR/month
Complete package
* 50 hours of yearly support.
* 1 day response time.
* Telephone, e-mail or onsite support. Minimum invoiceable time 30 min.
* Time can be used either on maintenance, improving existing services or developing new
ones.
* Phone calls less than 5 min for free.
* This package includes development meeting every 4 months, where the current needs are explored and new solutions will be introduced.
* 2h training for key personnel if components are upgraded.
* Network monitoring.
* Hourly pricing for additional hours 100 EUR/h (VAT.0%)
Traveling or accommodation costs are not included and will be invoiced separately.
Cost: 600 EUR/month
